Shipping & Returns
We ship with Canada Post from Masset to communities beyond Haida Gwaii - throughout Canada and the US. Please contact us to arrange shipping outside North America.
Packages are delivered to the post office on Wednesday and Friday to catch our ferry’s postal runs (twice a week). Yes, our mail travels by ferry! We wish it travelled by air, but Canada Post holds true to the romance of freight by water. So we ask you to remember, we live on a blustery North Pacific island. Wind and storms can cause delays, especially in fall and winter, but your package will arrive in due time.

We pack your order with a combination of reused, recycled and compostable material. We encourage you to reuse the shipping box and packing material or compost it!
Changes or Cancellations
To make any changes, or to cancel your purchase, get in touch via email within 24 hours after placing your order. Unless your order has already shipped, we will accommodate you.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Return shipping is an unnecessary environmental cost we all can’t afford, and one that is easily avoided.
Communication and good decision making lead to satisfying purchases. We are happy to offer more detailed product descriptions and ingredient lists. If you are unfamiliar with our line, or unsure of a product’s application or scent, we encourage you to contact us. We will answer any questions you might have, so you can order with confidence.
If after this, you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Mistakes, Damaged or Defective Items
We encourage you to double-check that your delivery address is correct before you complete your order. Should you need to correct or change your delivery address after check out, email us as soon as possible. We will only be able to make the appropriate edits if your order has not yet shipped. If your order is returned to us, a re-shipment fee will apply.
If we mistakenly ship the wrong item(s), or if your item(s) arrive defective or damaged, we will replace them at no cost to you. Email us a photo and a description of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
